The Catholic Teaching Alliance (CTA) is a partnership of over 60 Catholic primary and secondary schools and post-16 colleges with a shared vision and commitment to providing first class Initial Teacher Training (ITT).

Our Lady and St Edward’s proudly supports the CTA. Our Deputy Headteacher, Miss O’Donnell, is the ITT Primary Lead for the CTA. As a result, our teachers are very much involved in supporting the training and development of the primary trainees. We regularly host training sessions, sharing good practice and providing subject-specialist training.
