Life to the Full
From September 2020, Relationships, Health and Sex Education became a statutory element of the National Curriculum. At Our Lady and St Edward’s, we follow the Life to the Full Primary programme to supplement our Relationships, Sex and Health Education Curriculum.
Life to the Full is a programme provided by TenTen, a family-run organisation which is inspired by, and routed in, the Christian. Each year the children build on their knowledge and understanding. It also supports the Religious Education, PSHE and Science curriculum taught within the school.
Central to our work within the school is learning about our faith, including understanding ourselves, our position in our community and how we develop as human beings – our spiritual, social, emotional and physical development. The scheme focuses on friendship, family, community, relationships and spirituality; a guide to the children’s development as young Catholics.

We believe that parents are the primary educators of children and recognise the importance of working together with parents to ensure the best possible outcomes for our children.
